We want you to love your Mahilani products. If you’re not completely satisfied, please reach out to our customer care team within 30 days of delivery. We handle every request individually because we genuinely want to understand your experience and find a solution—whether that’s a refund, an exchange, or helping you find the right product for you.

 

Detailed Terms

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you’re not happy with your purchase for any reason, contact our customer care team within 30 days of delivery. We’ll work with you personally to make it right. Depending on the situation, we may offer a full refund, an exchange for a different product, or store credit. Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or packing slip) is required.

In some cases, we may ask you to return the product so we can learn from your experience and continue improving. If we do, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you, including any shipping fees.

Shipping & Refund Details

When a refund is issued, it will be returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. If we ask you to return a product, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is due to our error, in which case we’ll provide a prepaid label. Original shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of damage, defect, or fulfillment error.

Exclusions

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return: gift cards, sample or trial-size products, items marked as final sale at the time of purchase, and products purchased from unauthorized third-party retailers.

Gift Purchases

Gift recipients may exchange or receive store credit for eligible returns. Refunds to the original payment method require the original purchaser to initiate the return.

 

Keeping Our Policy Fair

We designed this policy to be generous because we believe in our products and want every customer to feel supported. To ensure we can continue offering this level of care to everyone, we reserve the right to limit or decline returns in the following circumstances:

Patterns of repeated returns: If the same product (or comparable products) are returned multiple times by the same customer, we may limit future return eligibility for that customer and offer alternative support such as a consultation with our team to find the right product match.

Excessive return volume: We track return frequency across all orders. Return activity that significantly exceeds typical customer patterns may result in returns being limited to exchanges or store credit only.

Suspected misuse: Claims that are inconsistent with genuine product use—such as requesting refunds on nearly empty products or filing claims that don’t align with order history—may be declined.

Resale or commercial use: Products purchased for resale or commercial purposes outside of an authorized retail partnership are not eligible for return.

Our goal is never to penalize a genuine customer. If your return is limited under these terms and you feel the situation warrants an exception, please contact our customer care team directly—we’re always willing to listen.

 

Promotional & Bundle Orders

Items purchased as part of a bundle, gift set, or promotional offer must be returned as a complete set. Partial returns from bundles will be refunded at the individual item price, which may differ from the discounted bundle price. Free gifts included with a qualifying purchase must be returned alongside the qualifying item for a full refund.

Mahilani reserves the right to update or modify this return policy at any time. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that order. The most current version of this policy is always available on our website.

This policy applies only to purchases made directly through mahilani.com. Products purchased through authorized retail partners are subject to that retailer’s return policy.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
